The rifle is built around Bergara’s smooth B-14 action, a two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor and coned bolt nose and breech for reliable feeding and extraction. The HMR molded stock incorporates an integrated mini-chassis for repeatable bedding and consistent accuracy.
